The Coach House

- accommodates up to 7 (maximum of 6 adults) - with four bedrooms on the first floor, (two with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed).

The Dower House

- accommodates up to 7 (maximum of 6 adults). There are two first floor bedrooms, (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds). There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, (each with twin beds).

Felindre Cottage

- accommodates up to 6 (maximum of 5 adults). Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has bunk beds. Access to the third bedroom, with a double bed and an "occasional" single bed, is via the bunk room.

N.B. The extra beds are there simply to allow flexibility.

We normally have everything ready for you by 4 pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier please call us and we will see what we can arrange. Departure time is normally 10.30 am.

A deposit of approximately 30% of the total is payable on booking, with the balance due six weeks before the start of your holiday. If you are booking with your holiday less than six weeks away, we ask you to pay the full amount.

If you are booking from within the UK we normally suggest you send us a cheque, made payable to Steve Craft. Then send the completed booking form and cheque to:

Alternatively if you wish to use online banking you could arrange an online transfer to Sort Code 20-37-82. Account Number 20999458. (Please let us know you have done this when sending us the booking form.)

If you are sending payment from outside of the UK there are a number of alternatives:

· You can ask your bank to arrange a "Draft" in Pounds Sterling payable to Felindre Cottages and send it to me at the above address.

· You can arrange an interbank transfer for the Pounds Sterling figure. (Our Bank is Barclays, Fishguard Branch, Pembrokeshire Group of Branches, P.O. Box 28, Haverfordwest, Pembs, SA61 2YA. Sort Code 20-37-82. Account Number 20999458)

· Alternatively you can pay electronically the IBAN is GB18 BARC 2037 8220 9994 58, the SWIFTBIC is BARCGB22, that should mean something to your bank!

We do not require you to pay holiday cancellation insurance. However, if the worst happens and you have to cancel your holiday you run the risk of losing the rental paid, although we will do our best to re-let the property. If we are successful we will return your money to you, but we reserve the right to retain £25 to cover administration costs. The more notice you give us, the more chance we have of re-letting the property and refunding your money. (You do of course have the option to contact your own insurance company and arrange suitable cover.)

Whilst it is extremely unlikely, if your cottage or lodge is unavailable for any reason for the time you have booked, we will refund the relevant portion of the rental paid. In no event shall the liability of the owners exceed the rental paid for the holiday.
